Welcome to Tradelimo. By accessing our platform, dashboard interfaces, or technical indicator workspaces, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read these terms carefully before using our platform.
1. Platform Access & License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our technical charting layouts and proprietary indicator algorithms. Under this license, you may not:
- Share your workspace access or login credentials with unauthorized third parties.
- Scrape, mine, or automatically extract our market API feeds or data structures.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to recreate our indicator calculations or algorithms.
- Use the platform for any illegal trading activities or market manipulation.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
2. Non-Advisory Nature & No Personalized Advice
Tradelimo is an analytical software provider and technical visualization platform. We do not provide investment advice, research reports, portfolio management, or financial advisory services under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 or SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014:
- No Individual Suitability Assessment: Tradelimo does not evaluate, assess, or consider your individual financial situation, investment objectives, financial needs, capital availability, or risk tolerance.
- No Tailored Recommendations: None of the indicators, mathematical models, visual overlays, algorithmic signals, or parameters generated by our software constitute a personalized recommendation, solicitation, or advice to purchase, sell, short, or hold any security, option, derivative, or market index.
- Independent Trading Decisions: All trading decisions, entries, exits, and risk parameters are executed entirely at your sole discretion. Users are strongly advised to perform independent research and consult a SEBI-registered financial advisor before engaging in live market transactions.
3. Data Accuracy & Feeds Disclaimer
Our market feeds aggregate values from external CDNs and public data providers. While we implement latency reduction techniques and strict filtering protocols:
- We make no guarantees regarding continuous feed uptime or 100% tick accuracy.
- Live indicator calculations may occasionally desync during periods of extreme market volatility.
- Platform maintenance may result in temporary outages. We strive to perform maintenance outside of active trading hours when possible.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Tradelimo, its creators, partners, or affiliates be liable for:
- Direct or indirect financial losses, trading drawdowns, or missed opportunities.
- System outages, data loss, or connectivity issues preventing trade execution.
- Decisions made based on the signals, patterns, or trends highlighted by our analytical indicators.
5. Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or suspend our services, charting layouts, or database indicators at any time. We may do this to preserve server resources, maintain database integrity, or comply with regulatory requirements. While we aim to provide notice for significant changes, we may make immediate adjustments without prior warning if necessary.
